We finally had our COCP meeting last Friday after a long break. It was a jolly good time even as we updated ourselves on the newest development from Inscape Publishing. We introduced the Everything DiSC Application Library – Sales & Management modules. In the pipeline, there will be Leadership, Customer Service & Team modules as well.
Most participants found the networking and sharing of best practices most beneficial. They liked the video roleplay on the importance of adapting to our customers and have indicated that they plan to implement it in their organization &/or personal life. Quite a few expressed interest in learning how to use DiSC for Talent Management.
Other suggestions include a year calendar of COCP Meeting Dates so that overseas participants might make plans. This would be shared soon. Do join us!

The Work Expectations Profile is an engaging, self-directed learning instrument which can help your employees understand and manage their work expectations. Research has shown that people who have clearly defined, well-communicated expectations have better attitudes and enjoy greater job satisfaction than people whose expectations go unspoken or unrealized.
It makes it easier for managers and employees to dialogue about their work expectations. The Gap Analysis provides participants with an at-a-glance look at how important each Work Expectation category is to them and to what degree each is being met. This helps them quickly pinpoint which Work Expectations categories need the most attention.
